Hey all,

Thanks for your amazing comments last post, and for people who still need some more about upsells and downsells, don’t worry I will explain it more in later posts.

“Now what do I have to get traffic to this blog” I asked myself this question and amazingly fast I got thousands of ideas to spread the word around my blog faster as I could have imagined so I went to my “Idea Book” and I really recommend you to do this, as if you found great ideas on whatever what but you are currently busy, you can easily put in idea book to be sure it is in safe place until you are not busy.

So I have been thinking “Why I don’t share some of these ideas to my blog visitors” and found it that it is really a beautiful idea to share these stuff as it will really helps other people to drive traffic to their own blogs and so I will increase your reciprocity meter as I am going to give you free and valuable ideas so you will want to payback me sooner or later >> powerful concept isn’t it?

So I have shared like 14 ways to get pure targeted traffic

1. Doing a link bait, what I mean with this term is doing a post that interests lots of people like this one so people can link to it on their blogs or to their lists driving me thousands of visitors each day.
2. Video marketing, I am planning on creating some professional videos from sites like Animoto.com and then I will be going to TrafficGeyser.com which helps me to submit my video or my message to thousands and hundreds of thousands of people as it submit my videos to all video sharing sites like youtube, revver, viddler, metacafe and more also it submit it to hundreds of podcast sites which sure increase traffic as video are loved by Google so sure I will get more traffic ranking thanks to this.
3. Article Marketing, Back to the old school so I am outsourcing a team of writers to get to me tens of articles so I can submit them to article directories like EzineArticles.com, ArticleAlley.com and more as I am using a software which submits my articles to thousands of article directory(Search for it on Google) and hopefully I will get thousands of backlinks to my blog whether from the article directories or from the people who will be sharing my articles on their sites and all that lead to more traffic as the SEO bar of my blog increase.
4. Blog Commenting, A wonderful to get more and more backlinks to your blog is commenting to other “RELATED” blog especially the ones which has the “CommentLuv” plugin so you can go to blogsearch.google.com as you search for relating blogs after that read the topics that you are interested in and leave a comment but make it a real comment so the admin don’t disapprove your comment, this will get you more traffic and increase your SEO rank.
5. Link Building, The boring part, isn’t it? Well, I’ve outsourced it to a team of experts from Elance to submit my blog to thousands of directories helping me to achieve more and more SEO rank and to get hungry hordes of traffic to my blog.
6. Social Bookmarking, Oh yes, the Web 2.0 era is here too, I will be submitting all my posts to Digg, StumbleUpon, Reddit and more as it is the next trend of traffic generation art also you can submit my posts with me if you wish .
7. Twitter, That one little mighty…. I get hundreds of people to my blog by simply tweeting my blog posts in attractive headline and hopefully some of my followers read the tweet and come to my blog, You can retweet the post below
8. Press Release Distribution, One of the most powerful ways to get traffic, unfortunately lots of people forget it although it may have an impact effect on increasing your traffic more and more, you can read more about Press Release Tips http://www.prweb.com/pressreleasetips.php.
9. List Building and RSS feeds, when people visit  your blog and like your content, they have to ways to keep in touch with you, they can subscribe to your RSS or subscribe to your Blog newsletter, so make sure you use them to tell your customers about your new *attractive* blog posts.
10. Forums, it is like a list but limited, you can easily drive thousands of targeted traffic to your blog from forums, all you have to do is providing a great content and leave the link of your blog in your signature and once they are really want to find more about you and your topics, I bet they will click the link to your blog.
11. Freebie product, Back to link baiting stuff, your freebie product can be easily a 20 pages PDF ebook but really valuable and hopefully it will spread virally all over the internet and make sure you don’t spam your freebie product by thousands of links, just leave your blog link at the end of the ebook or in the footer of each page giving you extra traffic to your blog.
12. Yahoo Groups and Yahoo Answers, Go to Yahoo.com and press Yahoo Groups from the left sidebar and search for your blog category, sure you will find thousands of related groups so start joining them and post valuable content with your link at the end also some groups allow submitting your link to them also there is always a freebie section for your product, after that you can go to Yahoo Answers and search for questions related to your blog category and answer some of their questions and leave your blog links and that will get you two advantages, your expert status will instantly increase and of course will get hundreds of traffic.
13. Holding a contest, that will be very soon as I will be making my first contest on this blog soon to drive thousands of traffic to my blog as I can make some rules to join like tweeting my contest post and more all that by giving prizes whether cash, toys and gadgets.
14. PPC, the easy way to get traffic if you are an expert and have some money to risk.

Hopefully that is it, I will be making most of these steps on a long term plan as I have to balance creating my upcoming product with getting traffic to my blog and writing wonderful posts to you my friend.

What a tiring day! I haven’t slept until now creating my upcoming product and until now I am so delighted as I’ve finished most of my product and completely finished my Prelaunch Videos (Will make you speechless ) and until now I am creating other ways to up-sell/down-sell my customers,

As I intend to make it absolutely optional as I have learned in the LaunchTree course, I’ve made a great membership group that will be PURE GOLD also I am in the process in creating some of brainstorming sessions and consulting.

Seeing a lots of people online especially experts in the internet marketing field, I am so amazed by their way they increase their customer value.

What I mean is the average value of this customer, by dividing the number of customer over the number of your sales to give you an example if you had 100 customers and your product is sold by $100 so your sales will be $10,000 so your customer value is $100 (that is an easy example)

So if you just added another BUMP (subscription program added at the checkout optionally) for 49.95 and offered them a series of live webinars for $197, so 30 of your 100 customer decided to take the bump and only 15 took the webinar series so your average customer value will be  (10,000+(30*49.95)+(45*197) all of that divided by 100 so your average customer value has increased to $144.535 so you had a 44.535% increase in your revenue and guess what?

You can still increase your revenue more and more by down-selling the people who said no to your upsells but remember don’t ever be pushy or you will piss your customer off and once you cut a relationship with your customers online is nearly impossible to get it back.

So you have made your downsell the recorded version of your webinar for them for $97 and 85 from 100 saw it then let’s safely assume you had like another 10 sales so you had an extra $970 so your average customer value has increased to $154.235 wow that is nearly 55% increase to your current revenue simple by adding up-sells and down-sells and bumps to your own main initial product.

So instead of only getting $10,000, you got $15,500.

See this principal .. ! that is why there are few people who are really raking millions of dollars during their launch and sure they have more upsells and downsells to even increase their profits up to 456% increase in their revenue and it is so easy, it doesn’t requires extra traffic or anything, you just implement them in your business and you are right to go.

The conversions in these stuff are already high because they are already in the right mindset of buying and just handled their credit card to you so why they can’t customize their order to match them and increase their learning curve dramatically and watch out if you implement the one click upsell (will take about it in later post) as your conversions will increase exponentially even up to 28% increase.

So increasing your customer value is a good thing for you and your customer because it is Win/Win situation because you get more money and your customer can enhance his product more and more and add more value to his order, but don’t ever be pushy or make thousands of upsells and downsells because that will make your customer SO NERVOUS AND PISSED OFF and will feel like he is pushed and we all know that people don’t like to be sold to but they like to help them buying!

So make it completely optional and they can customize their order freely and make sure they can edit and remove if they decided at the last time to remove something.

I hope you read this post again and truly learn the value of this concept as it is a truly life changer to any internet marketer as it can increase your profit dramatically by easily implementing these steps into your business

Remember no need to any traffic just enter your up-sells and down-sells and watch your profit increase.

So I was just thinking how can I add more and more value in my customer purchase journey to enhance more and more their experience and also to increase my customer value.

It is a beautiful day in Egypt today and I feel I want to give you a new post about one of the most important
lessons in the life of an internet marketer especially the new ones who don’t have a presence in their field yet.

It is choosing Creating Free or Paid product

Well, that depends on a lot of things

• Do you have authority on the niche you are targeting?
• Do you have relationships with people in your niche (JVs or Customers)
• Do you have a list? If yes, what is your list size?
• Your level of experience

I have to say the first point is the most important; you can see by yourself that you like to buy from people
you know and like more than buying from unknown person as this unknown person have no credibility for you to buy from him.

So if you are just starting with no list, no JVs or relationships or even if you have already started but still have no success or have no fame.

Then I have to say my friend, you need to create a free product it doesn’t matter what kind of this product whether it is an ebook, video, audio or a DVD.

The Most important thing is “It must be valuable, no fluff and right to the point, to make it straight it has to be a pure content only”

Guys, that stuff really work I know that, It is what is called “Reciprocity” and it means if you give somebody something good as a free product or a gift or even a compliment, their “Reciprocity Meter” kicks in and they start trying to help you and of course the best way of helping you out is by buying your backend products or trying one of your memberships

So let’s give an example for better understanding of the concept: if you gave somebody a free ebook and after he finished reading this ebook he found it

1. Valuable and deserves to pay for (MOST IMPORTANT)
2. Completely no fluff crap.
3. Right to the point content
4. No spammy affiliate links or even links to you own product

Then you mission is partially done, of course when he get your free product he will opt-in or at least will give you a way to communicate with him

Why don’t you try to offer him a FREE 30 days trial to your membership site?

I bet that this person will say “Why don’t I give it a try, this person until now is totally honest and provides valuable stuff at no charge for me”

See that, he is trying to help you by trying your membership site and of course you keep just adding content like your free product then congratulations you have a happy long-lifetime customer thanks to this free product.

Also there are a lot of other ways to monetize your free product.

You could immediatly offer them upsells or upgrades to your free product but that may require a little of trust from the prospect as he didn’t read the free product yet so I advice you to make your next upsell cheap like $17-$77, and upsells can be really easy you can just hire a voiceover guy to read your product and make the transcripts and add something like bonus chapter and that’s it, you ‘ve made a video course instead of an ebook.

So I really hope you grasped this concept really well as it is very important and people are really mad about free stuff so you can easily expect your free product (If it was that good) to spread virally through the internet.

**BONUS TIP**

Let me tell you something to increase the number of sales from your free product dramatically which is Adding affiliate program so let us see a quick imagination to what can happen to you (I hope that happens )

1. A guru(someone with high authority and list ) saw your free product and wanted to see it.
2. He saw your upsells and downsells.
3. Read your free stuff and like it.
4. Trusted you from your free stuff.
5. Saw your Affiliate program and liked the commission stuff.

Let me tell you, these gurus can easily make you rich, some of them make quite easily $10,000+ from just one email to their highly responsive targeted list

So you are $10,000+ richer thanks to this free product
